Can I edit my order ?
I have received my order , but it is not wat I ordered. What soukd I do ?
While we always try our best to label and ship the right items to the right customers, human errors are inevitable and if that happens, we apologize for that. You can contact our customer service and we’ll be very happy to assist you in exchanging your correct order.
Can I order an out of stock item ?
We apologize that out of stock items means they are not available. However, you can click Notify Me button on the product page and type in your email. We’ll notify you as soon as the item is back in stock, as an option, you can also try to contact our customer service and we might be able to work something out for you.
Can I have a customade order?
Yes, you can custom your order based on your theme and preference. Contact us through Whatsapp (+6281210202900) or email ([email protected]) to have further discussion

I haven’t received any payment confirmation. What sould i do ?
You should receive a payment confirmation email right after payment has been successfully received. If you still haven’t received any emails in your inbox or spam, please contact our customer service and we’ll be happy to double check for you.
What methods of payment do you accept ?
For local transactions, we accept bank transfers and all major credit cards (Visa & Mastercard).

For international transactions, we only accept all major credit cards , Paypal (Visa & Mastercard), unless you own an Indonesian bank account which allows you to transfer via internet banking.
Does the product only be used as a photography props ?
No, Babyprops product can be used for shawl, blanket, home decorations, or others. SO, after the photo session of your baby, the products still can be used for other purposes. It is a lifetime innvestment 🙂
What is the size of the products ?
Most items at Babyprops are designed to fit average sized newborn babies that are within the first 14 days of life. Most hats measure 30 – 33 cm with stretch and most headbands fits newborn – 24 months. We also accept custom orders for larger sizes on items in the shop so if you’d like a larger size please contact us and we’ll be happy to set up a special listing for you 🙂
How to wash babyprops product?
We use many yarns and fibers when creating our pieces and some are not machine washable. It is best to hand wash the item in cold water using a mild detergent such as baby detergent, gently roll in a towel to absorb the excess moisture and then lay flat to dry.
I am just starting a newborn photography, what are essentials to buy ?
Basically you need a baby wrap, a backdrop, and an accecories for the baby; additionally, you might add physical props such as wood props or rattan products. Don’t forget about the Posing pillow as it is very ESSENTIAL on newborn photography. Behind every picture, POSING BEANS and PILLOW are always used.
Does the photo real picture?
Yes, all of our products are real picture. We captured the real object once the product is ready so there will be no differences between the picture and the product you will receive.
Notes: Due to different appearance on the scenes depends on your gadget, there will be slight differences of color ( will not be too much differences)
Which shipping companies does BABYPROPS use ?
We’re partnering with JNE for all Indonesia deliveries and DHL / UPS / other courier depends on the country.
How long until I receive my order ?
Ready stock items will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. Pre-order and custom orders will be dispatched starting from 14 working days. Delivery time for special items are as follows:
Posing Chair : 14-21 days
Flokati : 14-21 days
Bean bag : 21-28 days

When will my order be delivered?
If there is a stock of the product you order, your order will be delivered on that day or latest by H+1 after payment is made.
If the stock is not available, we will notify you and try to deliver as fast as possible.
